- Sales Competency Analysis (online assessments)
A summary of what was found is presented, along with a roadmap to achieve desired targets is presented and agreed upon.

A custom sales Playbook that walks sales consultants from A-Z (prospect to close) is designed, agreed upon, and deployed at initial training. Some of the elements typically found in a custom Playbook are:
- How to Position key products/services
- Key contact (Decision Maker/Influencer) roles and messaging
- Setting the Appointment
- Pain point finding strategies
- Presentation Strategies
- Negotiation Strategies
A summary of what was found is presented, along with a roadmap to achieve desired targets is presented and agreed upon.

A 1-2 Day Workshop is conducted covering your full sales cycle, selling against the competition, financial justification, etc.
From there bi-monthly sessions are conducted over the next 12 months diving deeper into selling principles of all aspects of the sales cycle, and excercises are completed such as sales role play scenarios, etc. Skills are developed to mastery before completion/certification of programs are achieved
